The Protectors of Grand Central Station Another Update

Here are four National Guardsmen clustered together and having a fine time chatting with each other.  Not a care or concern for their duty to stay alert to who is coming and going in the Number 1 terrorist target in NYC.   

And here are 4 police officers and two National Guardsmen on opposite sides of the same corridor into the main terminal of Grand Central. That is six Protectors guarding the same thoroughfare, while not a single police person, guardsman or any other Protector is visible at any of the other major points of entry. There seems to be very little thought given to the assignment and coordination involved.
