Here’s a shout-out to the irrepressible Bobbie Horowitz,

who continues to host her award-winning shows, “It’s Just A Number,” referring of course to AGE. It gets to a lot of people down, age does. But then there are those who keep their

minds open, keep going to the gym to stay in shape, challenge themselves to try new things and go new places. I was in the audience for this show, which had multiple honorees, people over a certain age who could have crawled in a hole, but didn’t. It was one of my proudest “cabaret” moments when Bobbie asked me to be her honoree almost two years ago, and I happily shared that glow with the folks being honored on May 15^th. Inspiring stories, all of them. Go Bobbie!!!
